With the arrival of autumn, we encounter those annual flu shot pushers nearly everywhere – even gas stations? Pheww! Sadly, even pregnant women are being pressured to receive these injections of hazardous contents which do not even begin to meet their claims of success in preventing this continually mutating virus. In fact, the Human and Environmental Toxicology Journal discovered a 4,000%+ increase in miscarriages since the initiation of flu shots (in 2004) for these highly coerced expectant mothers. In 2015, the vaccine strain widely distributed was admitted to have been a bad match – providing an average of 23% protection. David Brownstein, MD cited studies of babies who received flu shots – revealing no proof that they were effective. In children over age two, they worked for the particular shot strain only 33% of the time. The flu mist variety actually tripled the number of child hospitalizations – mostly from asthmatic attacks Similar results were found among the elderly who received this popular vaccine. Quite notably, annual shots deposit an accumulation of toxic metals in the brain – which can drastically increase one’s risk for Alzheimer’s disease, among other oxidative stress related conditions. Extremely toxic thimerasol (mercury) vaccines are very commonly used because their multi-dose vials are much more affordable to dispensaries. Thimerasol free vaccines, which are replaced with (nearly as) harmful aluminum, must be specially requested in single dose versions. In light of all this – natural immune boosters are by far the wisest choice for the upcoming cold season. Vax Facts – Toxic Immoral Truth
Balancing the body always involves good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. Should this also include medical interventions reportedly designed to prevent disease? The brilliant inventor and statesman Benjamin Franklin wisely stated that “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”. In conclusion, it is disturbing enough to learn about the excessive number of vaccine doses – further still of the many toxic ingredients in them; then far worse yet to be devastated upon becoming informed that many vaccines have been developed from aborted baby cells. BASICS OF BODY BALANCE
There is nothing more important concerning health than getting it into balance. Virtually all of us need a diet adjustment to some degree. Besides considering the complex factors down below, we may want to make some important changes in eating habits. The ideal diet begins the day with a serving of a favorite fruit. This is the best breakfast to gently awaken the digestive system. Contrary to what is typically recommended, consuming whole grains first thing is very harsh on the stomach. A half hour or so after the fruit, we should make a good choice from a protein source. Realize that starches and carbohydrates do not digest well along with this type of food. At lunchtime, it is wise to select another protein food along with low starch vegetables – to further keep the body going. Mid-afternoon whole grains OR nuts will provide an extra energy boost. Then in the late afternoon, proteins eaten with more non-starchy vegetables for dinner enables the body to get through the evening. Finally, at least an hour before bedtime: a dairy food OR a starchy carbohydrate can prepare the system for a restful night sleep. When Almighty God designed this world – He positively declared that everything in it was “very good”. Of course, this declaration especially must have included the first man and woman, whom He made in His very own image. They were undoubtedly in perfect balance with strong bodies and sharp minds. There was surely a great abundance of luscious produce for Adam and Eve to enjoy – providing energizing nutrients for them to thrive. Then sadly, when sin entered their glorious garden, via that forbidden fruit tree – along came all that is NOT good: the germs, poisons, and other dangers we still battle today with this earth’s increasingly toxic environment.
Through my own extensive research, physician consults and personal experience, I have discovered there are at least seven major types of imbalances which hinder human body functions. These include beneficial versus destructive invaders, solids versus liquids, levels of methyl/histamines, GABA and glutamate discrepancies, serotonin and dopamine levels, as well as particularly excessive or deficient nutrients. When any of these are compromised and tipped too far in either direction, the body becomes prone to illness and deterioration. The following segments provide more details regarding the categories mentioned.
BENEFICIAL VERSUS DESTRUCTIVE INVADERS
Many people believe there are only harmful bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites that enter the body. Yet, those more fully educated in human biology and health recognize that we actually contain damaging and BENEFICIAL living organisms (Dr. Lita Proctor, Biologist). Our Creator employs BOTH for various purposes in the human system. Good microbes help combat the pathogenic ones and certain types of worms reportedly may boost immunity. The ironic news regarding the harmful critters is that they do at least consume toxic chemicals in our bodies. Therefore, when temporarily ill, we are actually experiencing a vital detoxification process. This is why we virtually never need antibiotic prescriptions, which contain harsh chemicals and kill off the beneficial along with the bad invaders. Unsurprisingly, the helpful bacteria we tend to lack are those which require a healthy diet to survive. The destructive organisms tend to feast on so-called ‘junk’ foods – which are high in simple carbohydrates. So there is one more reason to eat wisely!
The mysteriously deceased Dr. Jeff Bradstreet believed that vaccinations, as well, can be very detrimental. Though well-intentioned preventative measures, many are laden not only with live pathogens which excrete toxic enzymes (nagalase)- but also with poisonous chemicals and heavy metals. Additionally, vaccines greatly weaken cellular immunity, especially when received in multiples or after recent antibiotic treatments. They can also lead to various neuropathies, which begin with severe brain inflammation and lead to escalating systemic issues. By reducing the body’s toxic load and eating well, physical and mental illness can become rare life occurrences. Nonetheless, in the event that one does manifest symptoms – often resulting from inadequate rest or stress (which depletes minerals), quality refrigerated probiotics (20+ billion cells nightly) are extremely beneficial in getting the immune system back into optimal working order. With recurrent infections, the supplement nattokinase is great for destroying the biofilm which harbors debilitating yeast, parasites, bacteria, and viruses. SOLIDS VERSUS LIQUIDS
Given that the human body is comprised of mostly H2O, it is wise to conclude that our daily intake of fluids should exceed the food quantity that we consume. The average adult needs 7-10 cups of liquid – with the majority being filtered (chlorine/fluoride-free) water. More is needed with greater heat exposure and vigorous exercise – and less in cooler, more sedentary conditions. Concentrated fruit juices are too high in sugars – while spritzers are acceptable, being at least 75% diluted. Dairy drinks should be kept to a minimum, as they thicken body mucous. Alcoholic beverages, sodas, and most coffees are best avoided due to their various detrimental effects. Herbal and green teas are excellent to drink for health benefits. Foods with high water content – such as citrus fruits, tomatoes, melons, cucumbers and others – are helpful hydrators as well. God designed our bodies to thrive when we determine to keep the proper ratio of quality potables to munchables.
The balancing of methyl groups and histamines, is very crucial to avoiding many minor and serious conditions – from allergies to cancer. Studies indicate that approximately half of people in western countries are under-methylators, one third over-methylators, and only about one fifth seem to be fairly balanced. ACIDITY AND ALKALINITY
The correct dietary ratio for the human body’s ideal PH balance is 20% acid and 80% alkaline. Unfortunately, the majority of us are the total reverse of these percentages. For the most part, our high meat and simple carbohydrate food intake are to blame. Thankfully, because these are the typical culprits, such an imbalance is very correctable and even essential, since acidic systems are very conducive to the metastasis of cancer cells. Following are some consumables which tend to increase our body’s alkalinity and thereby greatly reduce the risk of disease: Sweet potatoes, apple cider vinegar, fish, turkey, asparagus, broccoli, pumpkin, almonds, cashews, mango, pineapple, oats, wild rice, cabbage, and sea salt. With a determined and consistent effort in this department, we can go a long way toward achieving a healthy PH balance and a stronger overall immune system!
Also in the area of balance restoration, is the amino acid seesaw known as GABA/glutamate. Again, because of our commonly poor diet and frequent toxicity, GABA is usually the more deficient of the two. Glutamate is an excitotoxin in the body – necessary for metabolism, but very detrimental in excess. GABA is actually formed from it – and was intended by God to calm or neutralize the nervous system. You can elevate its levels by reducing stress (increasing your faith!), and also through restricting consumption of gelatin, legumes, and dairy – along with most canned soups and Asian cuisine, both of which contain added MSG (processed glutamate). Foods which tend to promote the formation of GABA include: cherry tomatoes, almonds, shrimp, and brown rice. It can also be purchased in supplement form. Raising its level will even bring you more restful sleep!
SODIUM AND POTASSIUM
While both of these nutrients are very essential to life, most Westerners consume over ten times what is needed of sodium. Even worse, they typically choose the more acidic option, sodium chloride, over the healthier sea salt. Potassium intake, on the other hand, tends to be only about half of what is recommended. The solution to this imbalance is simply to consume more foods rich in the latter, such as: oranges, bananas, black beans, peanuts, avocados, raw spinach, and sweet potatoes. Making this change will improve your muscle contractions, including the heart – as well as balance fluids, strengthen bones, and aid the body in proper metabolism of carbohydrates. Increasing potassium will also help lower your blood pressure. Finally, cutting back on salty foods is absolutely crucial to keep potassium levels up to par on a regular basis.
BALANCE OF MINERALS
The final category that is often a culprit of health concerns is the deficiency of particular nutrients – including certain minerals, such as zinc and copper. Although a few of us are scarce in both – causing much chaos within the human body – they generally balance each other. Both are especially important for the immune system – but zinc is needed in much greater quantity. For their more protective qualities, males require nearly ten times more of this mineral than copper. God clearly intended them to be less empathetic humans – better enabled to hunt and handle physically harsh circumstances in life – as the higher zinc provides. While needed for growth spurts in children, taken in excess by an adult, zinc can cause rapid aging – such as early gray hair and wrinkled skin. Copper, however, helps keep both the hair colorfully abundant and the skin smoothly elastic. Females need only about seven times the intake of zinc over the more nurture-boosting copper. They are designed to be emotional creatures and should therefore consume ample amounts of seafood, kale, cashews, and dark chocolate for this more feminine mineral.
Two additional nutrients very important to balance are calcium and magnesium – at a 2 to 1 ratio. While each is essential particularly for the bones, the latter is usually deficient – especially in women.
